Didnt get a champion capsule when I lvled up?

There might have been a glitch or something but i leveled up a while ago and never got my champion capsule. Lowkey disappointing just because its a loss of blue essence and I'm still working on getting champs :(

The current """"reward"""" system is garbage and I hate it. Nothing feels shittier than getting a capsule that gives RANDOM REWARDS ranging from trash to the IP you were looking for in the first fucking place. Rito are a buncha JEWS. I don't want a dumb shard I want actual results.

Old system: you got about 200-250 ip every fwotd. With IP, you get about 1k IP+ every week. With BE, you get about 810 BE EVERY 1-2 WEEKS. Check the stats. IP rules
