This literally isn't even Poppy anymore. What is this? I'm usually all for reworks, but updating the splash arts and changing all but one passive/skill, might as well have just been some other champion. Poppy is one of my favorite characters, and I legit don't understand what's going on here.

I think the essence of that is still there. Her W cancels escapes, she has the gap close, she has a slow now, and her ult is terrifying.
the fear is just spread out to more people. It may have been nice to focus her kit on single target damage though.

Can you stop Poppy from reaching lategame or having her team delay long enough for her to reach that point?
She reached that point. Can you stop her from killing someone in the seven seconds of immunity to EVERYTHING except the support she ulted?
And every single one of her abilities was ridiculous in its own way. The only thing that stopped her from being played every single game was her early game being so ass that she'd almost never reach that point.
