Rapid Firecannon

First, let's look at the passive of RFC:

PASSIVE: Moving and attacking will make an attack Energized. UNIQUE – FIRECANNON: Your Energized attacks gain 35% bonus range (+150 range maximum) and deal 50-200 bonus magic damage (based on level) on hit. Energized attacks function on structures.

Caitlyn has 650 range on auto attacks, and Tristana (at level 18) has 669 range on aa.

Caitlyn's range + max range on RFC = 800 range. Tristana's range + max range on RFC = 819 range.

Jinx with level 3 Q (Fishbones) has 650 range on aa Jinx's range + max range on RFC = 800 range.

Turrets only have _775 _ range.

(I did not add Twitch because he can already attack a turret w/o being hit with his ult currently on live.)

With this item, Caitlyn, Tristana, and Jinx may now attack out of a turret's range.

There may be more champions that have at least 626 range that I may have overlooked.

Yes, the turrets have an ability called Reinforced Armor in which they gain 200 Armor and MR if there are no minions around, but I hope this is still looked at.

TL;DR Tristana (level 14~ and up), Jinx (rank 3 Q and up), and Caitlyn can attack out of a turret's range when they have max stacks on a new item in Season 6.

Personally, I'm more concerned about AD TF with huge range gold cards. :O

It basically works the same as Staatik Shiv. The buff is consumed on attack. Your turrets are safe.

A red has confirmed that it is only one hit. Also note that it has considerably less damage than any of the other multiplier items so you are sacrificing something for getting extra siege power. To me it seems pretty fair.

Considering that you only get the extra range once every 4-5 seconds, I don't see the problem. It's not a permanent range increase people; that would be insanely broken.

Full build on an ADC, it lets them get off 1 400 damage (keep in mind turrets have 75% or so MORE HP on live) or so auto attack roughly every 10 seconds against a tower without taking a hit.

If that hit would have been enough to take the tower, the extra range didn't matter as they coulda just walked right up to it, and if it's not enough your team has no excuse for letting an ADC pace around your tower for 30 seconds to get off any significant amount of damage.

That same ADC could take that tower in less than 4 seconds with minions to tank it.
