Riot really needs to nerf Riven. She is a champ that has a lot of dmg, and can be really tanky. She has no cost (mana, energy etc), she only has cooldowns. Not to mention she has a dash, a shield, a stun, and a ranged ability. She has too much control in a 1v1 fight, and team fights aswell. She needs to get nerfed, so you actually have a chance against her.

Then she lost the pure armor penetration from last whisper, AND lost last whisper as a viable item. She also got nerfs to Black Cleaver. Riven has lost so much this preseason I'm actually pretty shocked. I even feel bad for the Riven mains a little

Maxing e, taking the max cdr earlygame build. Build lifesteal, try to kite with 3 second cd e. Its "okay" if it gets rollin. Deaths dance is underrated on her imo. Some bruisers NEVER can trade you if you go that build because their burst is not big enough.
