Hi ! I'm glad I can talk about this topic with you. I'm trying to get something in the rank but I cannot manage because my team wants to do something about it. Thanks.

Randomly glancing at your op.gg: Start using sweeper trinkets once you've build your sightstone as support. Vision denial of the other team allows for cleaner ganks on your lane from your jungler and mid, and the usefulness of the warding trinket is minimal if you have a sightstone. Also, it's virtually never a good idea to take Heal as a support; your ADC should have already have it, and multiples have diminishing returns. Exhaust or Ignite are better choices.

It's also generally pretty hard to climb out of low ELO as support, from what I understand. Consider playing a more active carry position.

Heal on the support makes a lot more sense if you're playing an enchanter that starts with Windspeaker's and is going to stack Forbidden Idol upgrades (e.g. Soraka Nami Janna Lulu ), but you'd want to be clear about your intent with that in champ select, and have your lane partner take something else. Outside of that, Exhaust and Ignite are the ones to go with, yeah.

Even in those cases, I'd still take exhaust or ignite. They're just incredibly potent abilities to have for defending your ADC and securing kills.

Heal is best for the carry, because they can use it to win narrow duels or survive being rushed. Supports don't duel and are usually not the enemy team's focus target, so their summoners are better off being used to neutralize enemy carries.
