match pairing needs to be fixed

I have lost the last 9 games not because of me but because the matching system has teamed me up with people who are toxic or have no idea how to play league at all. while I get anywhere from a score of 2/2/2 at my worst to 23/3/11 at my best my teammates are always getting no better then 2/8/2 and at worst I've seen was 0/27/0. The matching system needs to match you with players of your skill level and not idiotic noobs who have no clue what they are doing. it should only team you up with people within 3 levels of yourself that way the idiots who like to feed stay with the idiots who like to feed and the players who want to play a fair fight can actually play a fair fight for once.
