We nerfed Lucian and we still have this problem

To quote Riot "Lucian does not promote healthy play" then they nerfed him into the ground and you're trying to tell me Riven who has promoted unhealty play since release is still has a kit overloaded more than anyone else in the game is still standing not nerfed? If those at Riot games believe Riven is "balanced" and has "counterplay" then buff Lucian, buff Zed, Buff Lee Sin, buff back all the Marksman Champs you guys nerfed into shells of their former selves, or at least explain why you don't nerf this champion, I don't want any shitty responses from you pathetic Riven sympathizers in the comments I WANT A MEMBER FROM THE BALANCE TEAM TO EXPLAIN THIS BULLSHIT
