The Stupid LeaverBuster System

WTF is this BS. How is this fair. I had a power outage and was out 5 mins. and i got leaver. HOW is that fair. 20 mins makes each game 1 hour - 1hour 20 mins. even worse when people report you when you explain the outage. 1 thing riot should fix is better checking of things like reporting people for verbal, then they get chat ban. 2 remove teemo (obvi) 3. Make leaver buster more fair for people who actually have things that interrupt matches that are important. Maybe call the player, have them send a report, IDK something. cause this is really making me not like league when me or a friend has 2 wait cause stuff like this. maybe replace player with bot based on lvl, and if they do it 2 many times THEN leaverbuster. I feel like im playing against when i waait 4 leaver (aka no progress made)
