Petition to Remove Exploding Plant
The exploding plant is nothing more than a useful item for trolls. I cannot express to you how many times I've been trolled by teammates intentionally hitting the exploding plant to either wipe the team, or try to ks. And it's not just by bad people either, it's by smurfs.
A recent game I had, I was fighting a Lux in the jungle, about to hill her, then Caitlyn snipes the exploding plant, which tosses us both, Lux kills me, and Cait steals my kill. So, Cait not only ks'ed me, she got me killed in the process.
The Cait ended up going 20-6-17 (?), but trolled the ENTIRE GAME! "OH BUT HOW," you say?!

We Ace the Enemy Team, and while we push mid, she sits at the base mid turret running around in circles.

We died pushing mid, but killed the inhibitor. Sion and Cait, both, come running in AFTER we tell them both to just run. Sion attempts to run, Cait decides to charge the enemy. They, both, died 2v5.

Enemy hits the vision plant in their bot jungle. Now, anyone watching the mini-map knows the entire enemy is near dragon. Cait runs into their jungle. We tell her to stop, and run. We tell her the entire enemy is there. She goes in further... Shen attempts to save her, but Ultimately, they both die. Enemy uses Elder Dragon to push and win.
It's trolls like that that ruin the game, and adding extra features into the game that assist their trolling isn't making the game any better. That's pro trolls, hiding their trolling behind good kda stats.
The exploding plant has, literally, cost me the game several times. And the sad part is, it's been my own teammates hitting the thing EVERY time...
