If your account is clean and youre duoing with a scripter can you even get banned?
is there any case a clean account has ever been banned for duoing with a scripter?

Don't think so
I don't want to say no because anything can happen, however simply duoing with a scripter shouldn't get you a ban.
If you know they are scripting and you're piggybacking off their cheating, you're liable to be punished for it. It is not worth the risk trying to find a loophole to do so. I never saved the reference for Riot saying this but I'll try to find it.
