I just played top vs a swain and not once did I see the particle effect on the ground of his E, I know you guys just did a lot of work to him, but it made the lane phase very hard to manage, each time he reached out his hand I just had to guess and maybe dodged one the whole time, very frustrating.Swain

You need to re-patch the client. You didnt get all the files correctly.

This has happened before for other champs like Ziggs.
