Interesting bug

Earlier today i was in practice tool as kayn just trying some new builds and all that fancy stuff and I ignited the target dummy then ulted it while it had low health and it died. It respawned with all the stats from me attacking it and all that. I was able to do it multiple times in a row is this the first time it happened or no?
