TAKE Heimerfucker out of this game
An absolute troll of a fucking champion, that takes 0 skill to use. Only way to kill the little fucker is a gang or all in him in which case you may kill him but his turrets, which stay up for like 10 secs after his death will destroy you. I put my little 6 year old brother who rarely plays this game into a ranked match against other gold's, and he went 12/3/17 in mid lane. So what i'm having trouble understanding is how is that balanced? I encourage you to try to argue that he is not the most bullshit, overpowered, least skill required of a fucked up champion that has ever been created.

All of these work fine against heimer. He's a zone champion with a fairly simple zone to setup and play safely. However, he's not good late game. No somewhat-decent team is going to engage against a heimer with turrets already set up. He needs time to prepare a zone. If you don't engage on his terms, all he can do is his ult and maybe a turret in the fight. he has plenty of counterplay, which is why (until the latest AP item changes) he was hardly seen in higher elo.
