Katarina playability idea. Reduce lane clunkiness.

Creepblock has always been a huge issue for Katarina. If you go for a trade, you get can stuck/slowed on minions and simply lose the trade to autoattacks. This is rather unreasonable because you can't account for this, it just happens, and interferes with a necessary trade pattern for Katarina. (Land a q, e to a nearby creep, and graze them with the edge of w.) If you get stuck or slowed while doing this, you lose. Speed and fluidity is essential.

The change:

When Katarina casts w(sinister steel) she is able to move through units(minions) for one second. The hope is this will make her trades more predictable and smooth in lane for the Katarina, because right now they just aren't. This isn't a massive change! Just a small thing to make her feel nicer to play!
