You must be referring to Shadow Assassin Kayn.
Yes, this is the case with all Assassins-it is literally their whole purpose, to 1shot the ADC.
Why are you isolated knowing theres a Shadow Kayn? Youre asking to die. Build a GA, Kayn is completely useless after his ult is used. Think of Zeds weaknesses, those weaknesses are magnified on Kayn. And stay near your team. Its their job to intercept Kayn and not allow him to do that to you.
