Riot should do something about Poppy's gameplay

As you all know is a champion that most people get tired of playing because she doesn't do much in the game You also can't really start a group battle with her kit. That's why it's pretty hard to play her in high elo games

is very strong at first but in the middle of the game she is really weak and at the end of the game even more, because of this riot gave her her buff
