Riven Balance / New Runes

I specially talk to Riven Mains.

Riven has low base attack speed 0.625 (as a lot fighters) and I believe she need a small buff increased to 0.675.

If know all New Runes doesn’t have any attack speed (expect precision). As we know from old Runes, every fighter choose red line (masteries) which mastery increase attack speed.

Why I believe she needs buff.

If you try to do cancel animation, it is so difficult to do it fast without attack speed, specially with 0.625. So Riven is weak at early levels and she can’t do fast combo (for example Q+hit), so she doesn’t have any advantage of cancel animations (which works over than 0.675 attack speed).

Let me know if I am wrong. I tested all Runes to post this comment.

You can fast combo with slow attack speed. You Q auto walk auto, not just auto Q. The reason Riven is weak is she needed Fervor and now she has no great keystone.

So you want to buff a champion because they can't abuse a bug quick enough?

I do alright with Electrocute when it's a squishier matchup. But the problem right now is that there are tanks for days and she doesn't have a more consistent rune to use like the old Fervor mastery.
