Everyone, including Riot, forgot about this item?

During this patch item 3108 Fiendish Codex Ability power increased.

Fiendish Codex is being tuned up in overall ability power to match Lost Chapter. ABILITY POWER: 30 ⇒ 35 UPGRADED: Zhonya's Hourglass and Banshee's Veil also have 5 more total ability power.

So item 3157 and item 3102 have more AP (because of this change), but item 3174 has LESS AP than item 3108 (not even the same amount or +5 AP)

Why? You found Zhonya and Banshee but totally forgot about the less popular item, item 3174 which used to be the core item for mid lane mages back in 2013...

item 3174 the underdog...

Literally best jungle item ever

It's probably underviewed because of being more of a supplementary item compared to BV or zhonya's.
