i reacently played a game wile playing as jarvan, and a certain vain uses Q to get out of my R like everysingle time..... trust me she didnt use flash or nothing just Q wtf!!!! was it a bug or was it allways like that????

It always was like that; however, it stopped making sense when they changed it so Vayne could stun him against his own wall.

You could always tumble out of J4 ult, at least going back to early S3 when I started playing again. You just have to line up with the wall.

You think that's bad? I've seen champs like Braum straight up walk out of my ult. Jarvan's still so bugged.

Anyone that has a Dash can apparently escape it. Had a Lucian Dash out of it, had a Xin dash to a minion out of it, had Diana dash to another champ out of it. The only thing J4's ult works for are immobile champs...

Vayne's Tumble does not go through walls, yes. But this does not apply to player-made terrain.

In Vayne's champion spotlight Video she actually tumbles out of J4's ult. I've tumbled out of his ult pretty much every time I've been able to as well, and I was more hyped about her release than any other champ, bought her the moment she came out. So - She's ALWAYS been able to tumble out of J4's ult, and it's likely a conscious choice Riot made during her creation, what with showcasing it in her champion spotlight.

Nice Riot finally changed her Condemn so you can impale people on his wall though, there's been plenty of times miscommunication lead to me Condemning a target out of a friendly J4 ult.
