Weird Tier Ranking

Has anyone been experiencing really random Tier listings in the clash Tournament? When I'm spectating my team it says that I'm Tier 2 as a Gold 1 but my Silver 2 adc thats G3 in Flex (same flex ranking) is Tier 1.. Anyone else getting weird placements?
