Shaco happens to be a good pick into ivern. That is not surprising. It's like saying Kassawin was balanced because you saw one lose lane once.
By your logic, if a challenger player one tricks a champ, they should be nerfed.
What you SHOULD point out is that two champions can be overtuned at the same time, in this case they would be ivern and shaco.
