How to end a game when you have the lead?

How can i tell my team to win when we have the lead? This has happened to me twice today in ranked. We have lost the games because the people didn't know how to end. Can I get some advices?

play a tank and do the diving for them?

Group and force fights/objectives. Good luck doing that though.

Group. Kill nexus. Of course you're in Bronze so these 2 simple things will never happen for you.
