Thoughts on Fiddlesticks

Fiddlesticks has what I would call an old kit. He has no skill shots for a ranged champion. He could have a skill shot added to his kit to bring it up to date. Example: Ryze, soraka, Veigar

His most logical ability to switch to a skill shot is his dark wind. The advantage is possibly longer range or longer effective range as you can animation cancel earlier.

Also his passive needs a rework. As it is a large area of effect without much skill, which makes it some what unsatisfying. See: Sona This could be updated to be a stacking debuff based on ticks of damage. Also a second passive that allows him to teleport to silenced champions or minions. Which would make him a better jungler as he would have two gap closers. See: Vi, Jarvan 4, Elise.

Lastly since the new jungle item does not particularly fit his kit, since he does not do most of his damage through auto attacks. A new jungle item that is effectively a cheaper Zhonyas Hourglass.
