ranked needs to be balanced

I've been playing this game for many years, and never once have I see ranked balanced so that skill matters more than luck. In my last 10 games, only THREE could be carried. SEVEN OUT OF TEN games were lost the moment they started, because riot paired bad players together and maybe even at wrong elos. Not ONCE did I lose. There was not ONE ennemy who ever outplayed me one on one. Every single time, I won my lane, I outplayed my opponent. But now I'm 0 LP instead of promoted. How is that a good ladder system? It doesn't reward skill. It rewards very dodgy strats, finding the champions that can outmatch the people you're with, or maybe get honor 2 to have better teams, idk. Riot needs to figure out how to balance teams better, and how to fix the LP system. So that even when you get a bad team that cannot be carried, you still don't lose too much LP.
