Akali deserve some buff

Akali has been nerfed so many times:

1. The R range was nerfed from 700 to 600
2. The E cannot proc anymore
3. The hextech Gunblade, which is her main item, is nerfed
4. And now her ult R damage is nerfed by ABOUT 50% and the cool down is nerfed as well
5. Her spellvamp passive is taken in exchange for 8 SECONDS cooldown (4s at lvl 9) life steal.

And her buff now? Only a bit in Q and E. Her W can blink a bit distance. And that's it. The role of assasin suppose to kill enemy fast and jump to the next target fast enough (or run away). Her status now is squishy (which is fine due to assasin's nature) BUT LOW burst damage.
