MARK makes some champions god in ARAM (I know it's never balanced)

Not complaining, just stating my feeling as an ARAM player. I like ARAM because it's much more relaxed than other maps. I have around 1600 wins in ARAM. ARAM wasn't balance since the beginning. Melee champs sometimes would have a really hard time getting cc'd and poked to death. However, with MARK, melee champs finally can engage in a more fantastic and easy way. But it seems that MARK is way too OP now especially on champs like and many others even if Riot nurfed the CD of MARK When champs like play against them, once they fail to dodge a they may get rekt in 2 secs.

I know ARAM is never balanced, if we say that the win rate was [Ranged, cc, poke] 60% : 40%[Melee], then we can probably say now it's like [Ranged, cc, poke]30% : 70%[Melee teams with champs like and ] Now the game purpose is more like [Yo dodge these snowballs!] and [hit the snowball and bring the squishy to us, !] Friends, what do you think?
