Some time ago, if you took second blue as a jungler, you woult get a lot of hate from mid laners. Now even if i offer them blue they say they don't want it. Why do you guys think that is happening?
Mid mains, are you THAT confortable with your base mana regen right now?
Dont you dare bring this up again, jungle exp got nerfed, If I don't get that blue I'm going be even more behind >= (. But all jokes aside, was when I saw midlaners take blue, it invites the rest of the team into the jungle, and thats seriously not good for me
last time i played the best mids were champion like 
none of which need blue
also.. because there is no way in hell as a jungler i can afford to lose the exp of one of my camps now..

There was a while that junglers needed second blue to keep up on XP. We got used to not having it, and now would rather have you not fall behind.
The Blue also makes us a big target for a gank, and with all the damage these days we don't want to die with it!
We'd rather you give us a gank than the blue :) get me their blue :p
All midlaners are AD now.
Blue buff makes me more of a target. It's better to get used to managing mana properly, anyways.

I dont bother with blue anymore cause i never know when im gonna get 1 shot. lol
Also, once you get you just never really run oom in lane.
And i Jungle frequently so i know how much that shit hurts the jungler.
It's alright. Not op, but ok. You can actually use more than 3 spells per laning phase, but it's not spammy either. Lost Chapter / the following items get you into a pretty ok spot. And if you're a hard spammer you buy Archangels, which gives 1400 Mana and makes you 25% more mana efficient. If I really want to spam I'd probably take it when offered, but having a useful jungler that isn't underleveled is usually the better choice. I guess if you are planning to shove hard, it's pretty neat. Like for example an Anivia that is after your turret plating or something.
Oh yes. And Manaflow band became practically non-competitive, due to the removal of Ultimate Hat from that Rune Tier. So you're usually decked out with Doran's Lost chapter, and a carefully stacked Manaflow Band
Imo, manaflow band being a thing and ludens rush means a lot of meta mid mages don't need it as much as previously. It could also be that getting blue paints a huge target on you for the enemy jungle and also puts your jungle a camp behind, giving the enemy team an opportunity to drastically affect map pressure with one play.
Because mages are the most mana hungry class in the game and they are rarely played in mid nowadays. Which was supposed to be their primary lane. They are mostly played as supports now because mid lane is dangerous for them.
Plat 1 Mid Lane Main (mostly Ekko OTP). I usually take blue only if my jungle says its cool or if he is dead and I don't want the enemy to have it. I usually do get it on my own as I can get it before I back or Back and then get blue. Right now I am too busy dodging skill shots so people don't get Dark Harvest stacks off me to worry about blue buff.
not needed as much with mana and cdr item/runes, but i like to play ivern so they get it anyways.
if im playing ziggs i still like to have blue, if your not spamming with ziggs ur doing it wrong.
