How do i disable per side offset?

So when i got into a game of aram i noticed something a bit off about my camera, when i looked it was per side offset like always but the camera was on the right side, i know how per side offset works that it makes landing skillshots easier by making the camera not right in the middle depending on which side you are but i always had it on per side offset and it was on the middle, isnt there anything just to make per side offset in the middle like it always was for me since i started league?
