Can you reprogram ghosts so that they Auto-attack move or at least not just stand there stupidly at their destination?

You know how you can control things like Mordekaiser ghosts by pressing R on a target? With smartcast on it's hard to control. I hate when I smartcast R on an opponent and my ghost just walks up to them to stand next to them and do nothing rather than AAing.

Use alt. R-clicking never seems to work properly. I don't know why.

It would be nice if Shaco's clone attacked people after Shaco died instead of hugging them and then exploding and dealing 0 damage because he's not close enough to put the damage out 90% of the time since his explosion range is less than his auto-attack range.
