My LP gains have tanked

I'm D4 right now, i was D5 before riot changed the rank system up. Since becoming D4 I've started getting 12-13lp per win and losing close to 25 per loss. In the last 6 games I've won 5 and and lost one and that's only gotten me up to 43lp which really sucks to see, makes me think you'd need a monstrous win rate to get anywhere. I checked op.gg and it says my mmr is fine, my win rates decent to 85W 69L (55%). So what gives? Is it just me or have other people been rekt by the change similarly?

I just made a post on this. 100% of the time I get 14 LP per win and just got 21-23 LP loss on my last few games. It's straight abysmal. I also had about a 76% winrate before the restructure. The important thing about my situation is that mine was from G5 to G4. In your situation I could imagine external factors other than game wins coming into play, but that's obviously not the case if its even happening at low Gold ELO where low CS/ low vision score/ect. games happen all the time. I hope riot see's these posts so it doesnt basically lock out accounts from progressing based on something unbeknownst to anyone.

A rioter has stated that the LP gain system is broken and that they are working to fix it with a plan to release the fix during patch 9..1 or later. I don't remember the actual post though.
