Rylai's Crystal Scepter [Need to confirm, looks like it now has bonus movement speed instead of HP]
I really hope this is not the case. I love this item on my squish supports. Gives HP, AP and a slow. Why give bonus movement speed? There are already enough mages with escapes.
I just figure with lich, there shouldn't be another pure AP item with MS. Rylia's is the only item you can get where its AP and gives you decent health. Even though no one plays Zac, he would miss it.

On one hand it'll definitely be a nerf if it no longer gives hp. On the other hand, in response to this quote...

I don't see why they can't just add a new AP/MS item if they want to, rather than removing Rylai's. Is Rylai's currently really a problematic item? For some champs I really enjoy using it if i need the health and the slow (Zyra, Malz, and Vlad, to name a few). I don't like that they're slimming down the number of items for AP champs. As a mid now, you go Zhonya's if you need armor/the active, Abyssal if you need MR/team magic penetration, and Rylai's if you need HP/slow... most of the other items are for pure offense and/or mana regeneration. There should be at least ONE item for each of these roles, I think.
