In case you didnt know if you have dodged a flex game (losing normaly 3 lp) and then you dodge a solo/duo game you will lose 10 lp (or whatever amount of lp you lose on 2nd dodge) which is kinda bullshit. Flex Q is not even related to solo/duo Q so why do i lose 10 lp on solo/champ select dodge?

It's based on whole account behavior for dodging or leaving games. It's not necessarily a queue specific punishment system, it is just meant to wholly prevent accounts from repeatably dodging queues (of any kind).
