Can you please resize minimap as punishment for people who do not teamplay?

what triggers me the most is watching people playleague with their chat set on 100 and minimap on 0. i can tell who is the toxic shitter just by looking at their hud sizes nowadays. pretty sad.
make it where they have to fight by clicking on the minimap so they don't have an excuse about not being able to cs/kite bahaha...

Actually, I wouldn't mind having the option of resizing the minimap.
Am I going to get punished like this when I'm under my tower against 2 waves of minions, but I was spamming my team to get the fuck away from the obvious gank, but they still died and blamed me for not following Talon?

I know you're joking, but I honestly kind of want an option to play like this for real. With the HUD better designed so it's like a 'split screen', but I'd totally be down for having the right half of my screen being the 'mini' map.
Can Riot return the report option for 'refusing to communicate' as well while they're at it?
