I have been waiting for set for a month and i was excited for 10.1 to be released but they pushed him to 14th... And now i woke up and he isnt here :( I know there is a calling card so what does it say? When does Sett drop? Do i have to sacrifice a small kitten to the gods?

I'm pretty sure it will be at 11am PST, which is still quite awhile from now (around 10.5 hours)
Not really understanding WHY they can't have champs/events/gamemodes etc etc etc drop as soon as servers are back up.
I am failing to understand why you have to wait for 3-20 days on average for stuff that is IN the patch to drop.
I thought LoL patches were always a wednesday for PT time guess they changed it now?
