Swain Ult is Bad Now
The new Q is AMAZING but, the Ult changes are awful it feels like it does nothing.
I think it needs to be reverted or buffed, thoughts?

If it wasnt so slow, it wouldnt be as bad. At this point you cant heal before just getting deleted
remove the startup lag and it would be fine.
He's getting hotfixed already
