Bring Shen back to life

When will be buffed so that he can farm under tower again. the -10 magic damage on his Q really hurt? or at least give him something to farm with. shen's whole strategy is to be pushed in so not being able to farm hurts. his current kit even by riot's own admission is clunky.

but the main issue is the last nerf to shen which was to remove 10 magic damage off of his Q (twilight assault). which at first glance is not that big of a deal, until you go to farm under tower (where shen usually is) makes killing the caster minions almost impossible. the old way was one tower shot and a empower AA would net you the kill. im not saying rework shen im asking to revert this nerf so that the shen community can farm under tower in peace.
