WHAT IS GOING ON

why are soo bad players in gold why does silver have more good players then gold can anyone please explain to me even on my worse days when I was silver the players wheren't this bad like gold am talking about trolls,no skill,jungler faming all game doing nothing usefull,adc never with the team farming all game for no fcking reason,zac jungle faming 0 ganks 0 dragons,bot and jung give 4 kills to my laner for no reason WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS ELO can anyone explain this to me ? or gold is going to come after bronze then silver from now on anyone please explain to me how are this players gold?please?
