The game we all loved is being ruined by this new Dynamic system

I really don't understand how Riot can't see how bad dynamic que is for the game. At first the idea sounded pretty good, but the way it was executed was just god awful. As a Mid top main in the Diamond 1 elo, the chance of me getting mid lane is extremely slim, I honestly hate queing up for league now. When i heard about all the pros playing on NATR i wasn't shocked at all, the new system is just terrible for high ranking and we need a change. Now Although it is terrible for high ranks, low elo isn't necessarily a vacation either. The system isn't as bad for them, but people are getting ranks they do not deserve at all. I have a ton of friends in silver who are just outraged about their friends hitting gold first because they just que up with 4 much better players. Anyone could get to gold now, back when I hit it in season three, I had to work so hard and grind so many hours in, now its just find 4 good players and abuse the system and just like that you will be gold. Now lastly, although this doesn't affect the majority, it definitely really ruined it for the people who actually used ranked 5's. I used to be apart of a local gaming team at a store called WiT Gaming, these players on my team I got to know so well and they became my best friend's, but unfortunately the majority of them are Gold and i'm in diamond, so my entire team had to disband, because we simply couldn't play the game as a team anymore, even though Riot thinks this dynamic system is helping with teams, its actually doing the complete opposite.

Here's all Dynamic Que has done in my opinion.

  1. Makes high elo an extreme pain. (LCS players are avoiding it)

  2. Legal Eloboosting is now practically encouraged to reach a high ranked.

  3. It destroyed ranked 5's which was was huge part of league for some.

Please fix your game Riot, I have been playing for 4 years now, and this is by far the worst season that has ever been released, I actually like the new updates you guys are doing making huge changes to a certain class, but the old system wasn't broken, so why fix it?

While DQ isn't by any stretch of the means perfect (nor even close), I really don't agree with you saying that the old system wasn't broken, IT WAS.

It made playing Ranked a royal pain, mainly because of the community, because before even playing a match I had to think to myself "Oh boy, what kind of team will I get this time? Maybe 3 people wanting to be mid? 2 people locking ADC because neither will back down?".

I don't agree with the focus they made about playing with groups, but I don't miss old SoloQ's Champion select at all, it was fucking chaos. True, bigots are still here and there who pick fill but want to play Mid no matter what, but at least it isn't that common, now they just need to shape Dynamic Queue to become better (which is allegedly what Riot is doing ATM and why they aren't bringing SoloQ back).

So, basically, Dynamic queue still needs a lot of work, but fuck SoloQ and the torture that was old Champion select.

your issue was with champ select not solo Q from what you are posting. Imagine the current role selection with only solo Q available, doesn't that sound even better than the old and new system?

I didn't really mind the old system, the whole pick order thing made sense to me, I really dislike playing only mid and top, and when I do pick mid and top, I get top all the time, one day i got top lane 8 times in a row. With Soloq the worst that would happen is someone being stubborn and then i would dodge and only have to lose 3 lp, and it didn't even happen that often. In high elo DQ is an extreme pain, but if your in low elo i can see why you would like it. I mean it makes the game a lot easier for people who are bronze through platinum, but in Diamond elo, its just an completely unbearable experience. I think riot could learn from Dota 2, they have the system where you can play team play like DQ, and Play SQ, and all be in the same pool, but the difference is you have two different rankings, you have team ranking, and then you have solo ranking, and in my mind that makes the most sense, it seems like a good balance that would actually make both sides happy.
