Azir "buff" idea

So, what if Azir's e stunned when it hit someone, along with giving a shield. This would honestly push him into more of an aggro pick, allowing him to get off his "Shurima Shuffle" (W>E>Q>R) off, as well allowing him to take CoC if he wants, giving him a huge amount of team fight presence, also allowing azir players to change their build to take advantage of it if they want.
