Throw Heimerdinger a bone Riot!

With the release of new Irelia everyone was a little on edge. After all I started playing the game this summer so a full champ rework is almost foreign to me. However in the short time I've played the game I decided to one trick a champion. That champion is Heimerdinger so far this year, and 2017 the only major Heimer changes have been nerfs. Ultimate turret can't do anything for you in lane anymore with laser damage halved. Now this new Irelia poses an extremely difficult problem for top Heimer. At level 4 she can one shot my turrets with q and kill me if she lands stun. I'm not usually one to complain, but with releases like this you gotta give my champ something. I would prefer my old turret ult or maybe higher hp or resist on little turrets. But hey I don't work for Riot these are just some topics I wanted to address.
