I wanted to play ranked with a friend so we went on the queue and we were waiting for 10 minutes and we hadn't found a game. Now I don't know if its a bug or it is my connection or my friends connection but waiting 10+ minutes to join a game I think is too much. Please fix it if it is a bug. :D
Sense you are not very high elo the only reason this could be happening is because you or your friend got placed in a low priority queue because you or your friend have either afked or left a abnormal amount of games. Try joining solo queue and seeing if you can join quickly. If so that means that your friend and leaverbuster are having relationship problems. Sorry.
