Who is Sorag, Friend of the Forest?

So, a while back, before Ivern was released, I heard some rumors about a new champion. His name was Sorag and his title was friend of the forest. He looked like a mage/jungler. A good amount of people thought that the voice lines that triggered when killing jungle monsters were his. Does anyone have any info on who Sorag is? You can look up his splash art here.
