Could we please disable Mejai's soulstealer and sword of the occult in solo queue?

I'm in bronze and I try my very best to improve every day and I'm all for rising to new challenges and believe tackling tougher opponents will provide me with more incentive to try learn a specific champion's counter-play, how to deal with certain things in lane or in the jungle, etc. but I can only learn so much at a time and it really grinds my gears when Mr. diamond smurf decides he's gonna waltz on down to bronze to make it his personal playground, picks up an early kill off someone who isn't warding or watching the map, buys themselves a stacking item and then pretty much gives you very little hope of turning the game around because quite frankly they play the game a lot better than you. it's very hard to try keep a clear mind when your only option is to hope to god the person gets cocky enough to try 1v5 your team and lose a couple stacks. I understand that stacking items are a risky choice to buy but honestly how much of a risk could it really be for someone who's played the game for years to pick one up when they're deliberately matching themselves with players who either have a much harder time picking up and adjusting to the game or are just very new to the game. I honestly don't think Mejai's soulstealer and sword of the occult deserve a place in solo queue where certain players may abuse the ranking system for their own sick enjoyment. anyway that's all I've got to say, just my personal opinion btw, take it with a grain of salt.
