Quality of Life for Janna?

Any ADCs ever see a Janna tornado and wonder where it is going? I believe that it may be nice to have some sort of indicator for the ALLY team to see. This would help people who are not communicating to know where and when to use their CC and abilities.

Also this is not a Janna main's idea. I enjoy playing Janna sometimes, but I generally find her annoying to play against when I am playing every other support. This is just something that would be helpful I believe

As someone who plays Janna quite often, this would be awesome. So sad when the rare four- or five-man knock up occurs only for it to go wasted because my teammates didn't know it would happen.

she would need a few nerfs, she's already god tier and adding an indicator is gonna be a gamechanger and make her too strong overall, i don't hate janna but this will definitely be a gamechanger

She's always been useful, but the current meta (assassins + tanks) is optimal for her. I think if they fix assassins, then tanks won't be as common (albeit some base stat nerfs might be nice...), and her impact on the game will return to normal.

What? Janna is still pretty god tier, she has massive shields and a great ult, also a knock up, she's great utility that almost matches that of bard with sustain for their adc comparable to soraka or nami, she's great right now and her impact is fine, i've seen many jannas do so good but few actually just do awful

Again, listing a champ's strengths isn't a fair assessment of how strong or weak they are. Yes, Janna is very strong right now. She is a direct counter to the 2 major elements prevalent in the current meta: assassins and tanks. She's good in any team comp, and great in any prevalent team comp right now. Prior to the assassin/tank meta, she was still good and reliable but there were other supports that were more useful in and against most team comps. She wasn't "god tier"...just good/reliable.

Janna has a weak laning phase. Sure, the shield is great and tonado is fantasic for disengage or setup a gank. But she can be abused (especially pre-5...and most notably levels 2 and 3) by a strong set of laning opponents. Her damage output is so low and her shield starts out weak, so a burst or all-in lane, or a strong gank, is usually quite successful against even a moderately skilled opponent. It's just that in the current meta, either the other lane is also a "safe" lane so it's low kill risk (and she works well there), or you can afford to let them win lane a little and play for mid/late game because your other assassin/tank laners are too much of a risk for their adc to do very much.

Supports aren't supposed to do damage, the exception being sona but she's such a stupid champ imo nami offers similar things to janna and has the same shitty damage output but great utility such as a stun (knock up for janna) and a heal (shield for janna, same with bard, no damage, but one of the best utility champs in the game, janna is already at almost a 54% winrate and i guarantee you that adding an indicator to where her tornado will go is a buff and will bump her to a 56%

What? Plenty of supports can do, and are meant to do, damage. Have you never been in a poke or burst lane? They do plenty of damage in lane, and some of them carry that outside of lane as well. For example, annie/vel/brand/veiger/sona/karma/lulu/nami/etc., are generally picked for their utility plus damage (albeit sona and nami provide plenty of sustain as well). And your opinion of a "stupid champ" doesn't really mean anything as to how good or bad they are. Sona works in some comps, but is a horrible early pick. Also, nami has great sustain, but her poke is fantastic as well. Check my match history and mastery of her...high gold to high plat and 112k points. I'm not great by any means, but I know my way around supports, especially nami. The issue with nami right now is that she doesn't disengage as well as janna, and tanks + assassins are prevalent everywhere. She's not bad, but there's just better picks for those team comps right now. Again - the issue is the meta, not janna. Fix assassins and janna goes back to just a reliable pick automatically.

Right...I said she's pretty weak in all-in lanes, which can include going against alistar and thresh. Albeit, she does perfectly fine against Kench so I'm not sure what that is about.
