AFK problem Riot Please Read This, And Summoners Please Be responsible to my idea (good or bad)

I think if there is a afk player in ranked games, then that game should give both winners and losers LP that divided by 2. So it can be fair to both sides. The winner side did not put too much effort to win the game, and the loser side lost because of they are having a 4v5. So if you win a game in ranked and it gives you 20 LP, then in this situation it should be 10 LP. And if you normally get -18 LP, then you should be getting -9 LP. Riot please consider about this, I'm trying to make the ranked game go more fair.
