change character selection back!

i have been in the q over 45 minutes now..... this is Stupid! i even picked support/fill. if i wanted to make sure everything in my game was perfect i would play ranked. id rather have 3 members of my team AFK and still be playing, then have to wait 45 minutes not playing. the old system was perfect! pick your champ, pick your position, then PLAY!
