I wish Either one or both of below:

Moving my toon with keyboard.
Configure EVERY spell of LOL champion for NOT Quick casting. (I wish to be able to click for o's Q for instance.)

World of warcraft provides two ways of moving toon. User can choose their method of movement based on their preference. I didn't wish to compare with other game riot, but i needed to ventilate this out that 'the way of control' has to be given to the user.

I wish User can decide the way of control of their toon.

Moving them with the number pad? Or maybe with wasd?

I guess I can see that working, sort of. Set rightclick to 'attack champion without moving'. It would probably be really awkward on melee auto-attackers.

it is depends on person.

there are people who prefer who controls with mouse or keyboard or both at the same time with combined.

I believe it is bad idea which makes only one method and 'force everyone fits to that one method'.

Giving choice people the way that they want to play will make this game much more fun.

Unfortunately that's just how the original pieces of the genre work. it's not a matter of fun or appeasing a certain group, it's simply the most efficient way for control in RTS games and MOBAs based on those games.
