It's unnecessary mechanic, it's easier to balance him without it and his identity as draintank, heavy lifestealer is still same. He is better without it.

No he is not. Draintank? Don't make me laugh. He can not drain a stick after his last patch. He needs more damage, more healing and most importantly his revive.
