Please add a timer that you can see while pressing tab for Scuttle Crab

Scuttle Crab is such an important and contested objective this patch that I think that adding a timer for when the next Scuttle Crab spawns would be pretty nice so that junglers could plan ahead of time easier.

I made an icon for what that could be used as an icon on the timer.
