Riot fix ranked. this is why noone wants to play

Riot if you read these post then fix your damn ranked games. we have trolls who intentionally feed and then we lose and we dont have LP forgiveness so i lose LP due to other feeding and trolling not very motivating to play ranked. also you have people like this team who are not ready for ranked. i had a brand go 4-11 with 31 cs, a Warwick 7-10, a jinx 0-10 and a Neeko 3-10. how am i suppose to climb when they feed the whole enemy team. they arent ready. increase the level required for ranked. do something before i quit league all together. you guys do nothing. you dont even balance champs right lol. please fix this it demotivates people from playing. i am losing LP for bad players like this whenever i am doing good and clearly not the problem. you say we are placed with people of equal skill i call bs. if thats so how come i go 12-3 and my team is 0-10 i cant carry if all the enemy is fed. we are not on equal skill levels and you need to fix it.
